3. Booking Inquiries & Reservations

Information provided on this website, including availability and rates, is subject to change without notice. Submitting a booking inquiry or request through this website does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed reservation.

A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from The Verdānt and the required payment. All bookings are subject to our booking platform's terms and any additional terms communicated at the time of confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all direct bookings made through this website:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled check-in date: Full refund of all amounts paid

  • Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the scheduled check-in date: 50% refund of the total booking amount

  • Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date: No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to stay@the-verdant.com. The cancellation date is determined by the date we receive your written request. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
